Dear Resident,

Your local beat officers and neighbourhood policing teams from Kent Police are teaming up with your local partners from Medway Council and Rochester Councillors to tackle violence against women and girls.

We will be doing a Violence Against Women & Girls Walk & Talk where there will be a stand which will have leaflets available to take away as well as a small selection of personal safety equipment. We will have officers teamed up with our partners walking up and down the high street conducting surveys and giving the public a chance to have their voices heard around what ‘we’ can do to make you feel safer in your community.
